Full self driving of vehicles still hasn’t been done, most of the transport done by taxi drivers is of medical patients, most of them old who are naturally doubtful of new technologies

The goverment won't be that stupid, to fire a lot of people to replace Them with robots. Then they have to deal with unemployment, tax, etc. And no goverment would let their people down and make everyone unemployed. The state is not even helping themselves if they do that.
