a huge component of being a modern AV installer is the relationship with the client. a robot can't win over the heart of their client, nor can it provide tailored recommendations based off of specific inputs.

if my job was just bursting into a random house, throwing a TV on the wall, and bailing out the front door as quickly as possible, i'd be worried. thankfully it's more than that.
