Management deals with different personalities and behavior management, which are hard to fully automate. Situations and critical tasks are not always predictable.

Machine learning bots and machines have taken over the analysts' role, apart from the human aspects involved in giving the emotional connect.

They would only differentiate themselves by thinking beyond the obvious, i.e. out of the ordinary idea generation where data analytics may not directly point to.
