You don't think AI will be able to generate compelling slide decks and board presos; ingest exabytes of market data? If Financial Analysis is done for, so is Marketing.

Based on ALREADY EXISTING AUTOMATION; video film deepfakes that pass the Turing Test, including voice, face, etc. Not to mention the doubling of technology EVERY SINGLE YEAR in every metric that can be measured. Art, films, comedy, is ALREADY passing the Turing test, marketing is already being automated by major corperations like Youtube adsense, Facebook analytics, already use AI to market to their audiences and the IP that an individual could bring will not hold a candle to what AI can do, EVEN AT THE MOMENT> TURING TEST > Look it up, boomers.

Marketing consists of many content channels, each of which separately can be automated if not expedited, reducing the human labor amount and costs.

Well, because we live in the world of technology, it is very likely that technology will continue to evolve much more, both in terms of artificial intelligence and in social life, etc.

As long as real humans have to be persuaded by content, I think marketing managers will still have jobs. We know that the more persuasive, original and tailored the message, the better, and that's hard for robots to do. Now I AM worried that all that persuasive and original content I create will be co-opted by robots eventually, sure. But they need our work first, so they can work off of it -- at least for now, anyway.

Coke is the same, but the marketing has always changed.

People adapt to advertising and to marketing very quickly, and so the field constantly demands innovations. It's not that marketing managers are particularly creative, it's just a field that isn't about trying to solve a static problem but about having the right answer for a particular fleeting moment in time.

It also is largely not task based, difficult to measure, and increasingly operates in real-space rather than as software or technology.

Social perception, common sense, reactive consciousness, and buyer awareness are complex, non-automated human processes influenced by experiences and contexts, shaping decisions and social interactions.

You know nothing about software engineering, AI ALREADY can pass the turing test, these advancements are on the monthly basis not the decade basis. Moore's law. No chance. AI will blow your mind, bye bye.

Marketing strategy will not be affected, but marketing operations will be. Do not think that AI cannot be creative and reactive.

All these buzzwords that marketers use in defense are denialism. AI can literally pour through thousands of data sets, far outweighing "marketing psychology" pop science.

You will still have a job if you are a strategist, but since c-suite positions are rare, good luck.

I think the marketing industry needs a real human being to interact with customers in real-time. This is the reason why there is a small chance that robots will occupy this sector position.

Marketing Managers are the backbone of the advertising industry. They are in the front line, doing their dirty job, being under-payed and underestimated.
