10 Top AI Content Writers for Businesses and Marketers

These tools use advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to generate content in various formats such as blog posts, articles, and adverts.

A few of the advantages to using AI content writers are:

  • Time savings: very quickly research a topic that can then be fleshed out by human writers
  • Cost-effective: great option for businesses and marketers on a budget as AI content writers are often more cost-effective than hiring human writers
  • 24/7 availability: generate content whenever you need it

What are the best AI writing tools?

Best value all rounder - Rytr

Rytr packs a lot in for the price and we love its simple, easy-to-use interface. Writesonic is a close second, but the great Chrome extension gives Rytr the edge, making it the better choice currently.

1. Jasper

Jasper is the AI Content Generator that helps you and your team break through creative blocks to create amazing, original content 10X faster.

Use cases

Jasper is feature-rich and versatile, suitable for a wide range of situations.

Features

Jasper is always improving to keep up with the growing complexity of business situations. The people behind it have put a lot of effort into researching and developing it, so it can keep up with the changing market. They are always coming up with new ideas and templates to make your work easier and help you plan, keep track of progress, and work with your team. With a ton of cool features, using it is always a fun experience and you get great results. That's why people still love using it every day.

One of the standout features of Jasper is its sleek Chrome extension, which provides easy access to the platform's range of tools while you're writing. The extension includes a useful "continue writing with Jasper" feature, allowing you to seamlessly continue writing your content with just one click. This feature is particularly useful for tasks such as customer service and content management, where the platform may not have built-in autocomplete features.

  • Elegant Chrome extension
  • Integrated with Grammarly for enhanced grammar checking
  • Optional integration with plagiarism checker for added convenience
  • Include Google search data sources for research purposes

2. Rytr

A better, 10x faster way to write… anything and everything

Use cases

Rytr is a versatile platform that caters to a wide range of use cases. One thing it is currently lacking is a ChatGPT-style chat feature, like some of the more expensive alternatives such as Jasper and Writesonic have. Additionally, Rytr does not have a feature equivalent to Jasper's "recipes", but this may not be a significant concern for less demanding users.

Reasons to buy Rytr:

  • Affordable pricing
  • Powerful Chrome extension
  • Supports over 35 languages
  • Integrated image generator
  • Plagiarism checking tool

Pricing

The "Saver" plan offers an excellent value at $7.5 per month when paid annually. It includes 100,000 characters per month, 20 images and all the features of the Unlimited plan, except for a dedicated account manager and priority email and chat support. It is ideal for light users who are looking for a cost-effective solution.

On the other hand, The Unlimited plan is priced at around $24 per month when paid annually, and it provides access to all features and resources and is probably best for most users.

Summary

Rytr takes the crown for the best value all-round package and could be perfect for many users who don't need all the bells and whistles of Jasper.

3. Bramework

Write Blog Posts 5X Faster

Use case

Bramework targets people who write blogs... bloggers, freelancers, and agencies.

How does Bramework... work?

Bramework AI Writer simplifies the process by quickly generating titles, outlines, and paragraphs. Its structured workflow saves time and eliminates the pressure of staring at a blank page. It's brilliant for quickly coming up with ideas if you struggle when faced with a blank page.

The process is nice and flexible, you start by providing keywords, and then you can use Bramework to suggest several titles and then pick one, or use your own. From there, you continue to flesh out your post.

Reasons to buy Bramework:

  • High-quality content generated using GPT-3
  • Highly focused tool for bloggers
  • Efficiently generates ideas, saving valuable time
  • Packed full of features, here are just a few of them:
  • - Keyword analysis integration with Semrush
  • - Plagiarism detection powered by CopyScape
  • - Unlimited access to copyright-free images from Unsplash
  • - Seamless integration with WordPress

Pricing

Monthly packages start at $17 for 10,000 words and go up to $250 for unlimited words, offering a range of options to meet the needs of both established professionals and beginners alike.

Summary

The platform allows you as a blog writer to refine and enhance your content using AI, but you are still in control. The one-click long-form content generators are decent enough, but honestly, we find the less hands-on approach not good enough in most situations, where personability and readability really matter.

The direction the team at Bramework are taking this in is really great. It definitely helps create quality content way faster than would normally be possible, so for bloggers, it's my top choice.

4. Wordplay

Create long-form content in one click

Use cases

Wordplay focuses on doing one thing really well: generating helpful content that Google loves.

My experience using Wordplay

The process of creating an article on the Wordplay platform is easy and intuitive. It offers various options to suit different needs, however, it lacks advanced editing tools.

To enhance the quality of your writing, I suggest using Wordplay in conjunction with a proofreading tool like Grammarly to identify and correct errors. I personally encountered several mistakes when using Wordplay alone.

As it wasn't obvious from their website, I reached out to the company to inquire about the use of OpenAI's ChatGPT service and was informed that it is not currently used to generate the content.

Reasons to buy Wordplay

  • Flexible easy to use setup process
  • Produces large quantities of high-quality content quickly and efficiently
  • One-time payment may suit some people

Pricing

The pricing for Uniquely Wordplay is distinct in that it is a single, one-time payment rather than a recurring monthly subscription. This is ideal for individuals or organizations who have a clear understanding of their needs and wish to control their expenses.

The basic package, priced at just $99, grants lifetime access to a monthly quota of 7,500 words. This package is ideal for those who only require a small number of articles per month.

For those with more substantial content needs, the gold package at $999 offers 100,000 words per month at an excellent value. Over the long term, this package can offer significant savings compared to similar services. For businesses or individuals with a long-term content strategy, uniquely Wordplay may be the perfect solution.

Summary

There's lots to like here and we think it's worth checking out, the trial costs $7, and let's you generate 5,000 words.

5. Article Forge

Using advanced artificial intelligence and deep learning, Article Forge writes completely unique, SEO optimized, high-quality, long form articles with the click of a button.

Article Forge is an AI-powered tool that creates unique and informative articles on any subject in a matter of minutes. One of the interesting features of Article Forge is that it does not rely on GPT-3, unlike many other similar services, which sets it apart and makes it a unique option for content generation.

https://www.articleforge.com/blog/why-we-dont-use-gpt-3/

I appreciate the approach of ArticleForge in this regard, as it promotes diversity and innovation in the field. It is also important to ensure that there is no single company or technology dominating the market. This way competition can drive better products, services and prices for the end user.

Article Forge has a built-in grammar and spell checker, however, in my experience, the grammar checker was not very precise. The service does allow for integration with WordAI for rewriting, which is a nice feature, but overall, I found that it lacks advanced tools for editing and polishing the content. To get the best out of the service, it is recommended to use it in combination with other editing tools.

In summary: One to keep an eye on, there's definitely potential here, but it needs to improve.

6. WordAi

10x Your Content Output With AI.

WordAi is a content rewrite, which can do up to 1,000 rewrites in one go.

I tested it out for a piece I was writing about Baptisms, and the results were mixed. For example, it rewrote "Yes, adults can be baptised." to "Yes, baptism can be done by adults."

The text generated has now lost its correct meaning. To be fair to WordAi, most of the text it generates does make sense, but when using it it's important to watch out for rare errors.

WordAi don't use GPT-3, here's their explanation for this:

We do however use several similarly sized models of our own. By using our own models, we have the flexibility to create solutions that specifically optimize for human-readable, unique rewrites that demonstrate a deep understanding of the source content. GPT-3 by comparison is a jack of all trades, but a master of none, meaning it is decent at most content-related tasks but it is not optimized for any specific use case.

In summary: Overall, I found it to be inferior to Jasper's rewriting capabilities. Worth trying out if you need a bulk content rewrite, but use it with caution.

7. Writesonic

Create SEO-optimized and plagiarism-free content for your blogs, ads, emails, and website 10X faster.

I consider Writesonic to be a close runner-up to Rytr as a budget option, but its lack of a seamless chrome extension makes me favor Rytr.

Despite that shortcoming, Writesonic offers excellent value for money at $12.67 per month for 47,500 words.

The tool is widely used by individuals, businesses, and students to ensure their written content is accurate, clear, and professional. Grammarly offers a range of services, including a browser extension, desktop app, and mobile app, making it accessible and convenient for users to use in their writing process

I use Grammarly all the time (who doesn't!?), and highly recommend it!

Aiseo.ai is a platform that leverages OpenAI, for businesses to improve their online presence by optimizing their website, increasing search engine rankings, and driving traffic. It provides tools for creating and managing content, promoting products and services, and tracking sales and marketing campaigns. The platform includes an AI writing tool for generating articles and copy, with a 4-step process to help create content.

Packages start at $15 per month for 50,000 words.

AISEO is rated 4.6 out of 5, based on 204+ reviews from g2.com

I haven't had a chance to fully try out AISEO yet, but from the reviews, this is what I gather:

Some users have reported that the AI-generated outputs require extensive editing and have requested additional credits. Others have faced challenges with customer support. However, a majority of users are satisfied with the service and highly recommend it.
