This profession is very rare,not many people around me do this profession. But the people who do this profession are famous! (I'm just talking about the majority, not all) But their annual income is really high!!

There is no chance that researchers will be replaced by robots because only human beings see several possibilities within the same idea. You can even put a robot to give you ideas on top of the phrases the way you put it there, but only a thinking head will understand a thousand ways to season a chicken, for example.
