Being in the End user support field, there will always be a need to find the "smaller" problems on things like connectivity, special designed software for specific companies and the knowledge of operating systems going forward. Hardware is already "fixed" by robots and in the real world, not all countries can afford robots to do the "nitty gritty ground work".
